fantastic central stay
central location welcome gift
the location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions (or grab a quick bolt). the staff offered really good service. they brought up treats every day. i also received a nice welcome gift and turndown service with chocolates.
i noticed the usb outlets stopped working during the night. this meant my cellphone didn't get charged. when i mentioned it, i was told they were "working" on them but i received no prior notice.

the hotel has stylish and spotlessly clean rooms. the rooms feature double height ceilings and separate spaces. there are separate shower and bathtub, as well as double sinks and a bidet in the bathroom.

breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety). the staff were polite and friendly at breakfast. i received a delicious cake and a bottle of sparkling wine because i was celebrating a milestone birthday.

the room was spacious with tall ceilings. i loved the big bathroom with a huge walk in rain shower. the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillows also were comfortable. the breakfast buffet had many options. i really appreciated the friendly and helpful service. the location was ideal for getting around.
the building across the street did not look so nice. i thought it would look better if it was fixed. the view from my window wasnt the best because of it.

the staff were nice and the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning didn't work. It was really hot in the room, a problem as i visited during the winter and couldn't get it fixed! the street noise also made it difficult to open the windows for fresh air.

the location proved very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the buffet breakfast included several choices and fresh fruit. i received complimentary treats in my room daily, a gesture i found cute, and the bed offered good comfort.
street noise became noticeable at times though! it was usually manageable.
